Christmas Town Volunteers 2025

Please join us in helping make our Christmas Town experience come to life!

The Event is Saturday, December 6th from 2-5:00pm but many opportunities are available throughout the day and prep opportunities for Friday December 5th. 

Set up the Christmas Story Journey inside the church building. 

SET UP TEAM- SATURDAY 12.6.25

Set up will begin at 8 am on Saturday morning.

Ability to use a drill and lift heavier items. Knowledge of using a drill important. Will work in teams of 3 people.

Ability to set up a pop-up tent. Zip tie and stake or weight tents. Move folding tables and folding chairs and set up according to a preprinted floor plan provided.

Christmas Town Booth Helpers

During Christmas Town there are many different booths guest can explore. Please select which booth and which time frame you would like to serve. It is very important that you actively participate in your booth during your shift.

Shift 1   1:45-3:30
Shift 2   3:30-5:15

Help direct cars to available spaces and manage traffic as people are coming and going. Safely drive golf carts to get people from parking lot to entrance of Christmas Town. (Adults only Please)

TAKE DOWN/CLEAN UP

There are many jobs to help clean up after the event is over.

Gather chairs from booths and load onto chair carts. Gather all the chairs in pavilion and put back in the pavilion closet.

Gather tables from booths and take them inside. Gather all the tables in pavilion and put back in the pavilion closet.

Break down pop up tents. Place tents in designated space.

Ability to use a drill and lift heavier items. Knowledge of using a drill important. Will work in 2 teams of 3 people.
